Join us June 17th and 18th for a Cajun Pop-Up, celebrating the culture of Cajun and Creole Cuisine. 

Enjoy four courses, featuring paired wines from local winerys, cultivated cocktails, prepared by Atlanta based Mixologist, The Wild Whiskey Woman, live music, and a few surprises that will have you talking about this night for years to come.

Classic French Caesar Salad

with romaine lettuce, duck crackling, and toasted croutons

with soaked cranberries, crumbled blue cheese, and roasted almonds

 lemon salsa verde paired with spicy citrus bagna cauda

Oysters Vol-au-Vent

with a homemade puff pastry and cream

Chef Pamela's Award Winning Gumbo

with fresh blue crab, andouille sausage, and jumbo shrimp

Slow Roasted French Onion Soup

with aged provolone and toasted crostini

Blackened Brussel Sprouts, roasted in a garlic butter sauce

 

Grilled Asparagus

 lemon salsa verde paired with spicy citrus bagna cauda

Peppercorn Roasted Carrots

with shaved parmesan and crispy fried onions

Crab-Stuffed Flounder

with cloud potatoes and buttery herbs and peppers

Lobster Fra Diavolo

with handmade pasta and a creamy tomato and vodka sauce

Cajun Fried Chicken stuffed with jalapeño dressing

served with Pan Seared Collard Greens, garnished with candied pepper bacon, and pepper jack cornbread
