Main Courses

Filet de Saumon

Buter Herbed Salmon, stuffed with a creamy medly of fresh scallops, shrimp, creme spinach, and agaed parmesan,  garnished in a bernaise sauce, served with char grilled asparagus, garnished with roasted almonds, and cloud mashed potatoes, blended with fresh roasted garlic, parsley, and creme.

Rack of Lamb with a Crawfish Stuffing

Lamb chops, stuffed with crawfish dressing, served with a mushroom risotto, and char grilled Brussels sprouts, garnished with roasted pecans, and aged white cheddar.

Dessert

White Chocolate Tiramisu Cheesecake with sauce au chocolate

Bourbon Pecan Pie, served with a brown sugar and burbouboun glaze, garnish with a homemade vanilla and mint ice cream.
