For those ordering out of state, please note that your Gumbo is made fresh to order. After it is prepared, it is packaged and placed in the freezer for seven full days before shipping, and will arrive frozen.

All orders are shipped out on Mondays and Thursdays.

Our cost to ship is a flat rate for every order. Local cities within the California area are priced based on your order and the postal zip code to where your order is being shipped. We use current UPS and FEDEX shipping tables, and will always stay inside their priority shipping price grid. Included in your shipping cost, is a $12.50 service charge for pacakging. In the event no one is home to receive your order, we strongly recommend you send your package to a business address to ensure delivery. Sending your package to a commercial address will also guarantee a speedy arrival. Once your order has been shipped, you will recieve a tracking number, so that you may follow along.
